Air Play Live in the UK
...hello
thought i'd just 'mail you my little review of the air gig last night. first up, we had
crappy small seats up in the gods BUT the view was actually pretty cool and the light show
made it all the better...
was very excited to see air live as i'd never seen them perform before,
just listened to my cds over and over. the live performance brought something new to
the whole air experience; obviously a lot more raw but no less amazing.
the new stuff sounded great - i only wished they'd played for longer and perhaps squeezed
in a few more tracks from moon safari.
highlight of the gig...jean-benoit's cloak. how cool. and much better than anne robinson's.
celeb spot? well hardly a celeb. that paul danan (sol) off holloaks. used to go to my school.
can't believe we missed michael stipe.
