At this moment UDS (as you may know, the Original Five, including dj DNA!) is finishing the recordings of their new (5th) studio album, titled Artantica.
Working with producers Theo Vanrock (5th member Rollins Band) and Peer Rave (rollins Band/Gun Club - Jeffrey Lee Pierce) the band recorded 20 odd tracks in studios in Tienen/Belgium and Amsterdam/the Netherlands. The mixing of these tracks has started. A 12" pre-release is scheduled for December, the album is scheduled for February 1999!

In connection with the impendent releases UDS is working on a complete revision and update of this site; it will be on the net ASAP promise! Check it!
US reissues
Important good news for fans and visitors from the US and other North-American terrritories: UDS has reached an agreement with indie-label Triple X in LA for a reissue of the complete UDS catalogue before the end of '98! All four studio albums 'Mental Floss for the Globe', 'Life 'n Perspective of a Genuine Crossover', 'Persona Non Grata' and 'Planet Ultra' are remastered and each includes a bonus disc containing a live concert from the original release's corresponding tour plus extensive liner notes.
