Two years have passed since Photek's last release 'Form and function'
which received wide critical acclaim. Now Photek is back with a new EP Terminus on limited
release 28th August as an introduction to his new third album Solaris to be released in September.
Track listing:
The title track on 'Terminus' is the first indication that Photek is moving in new directions. It's
a more breaks orientated track with an acid/electro sounding top line, although the b-line and drums
still carry that Photek trademark of superb production. Track 2 'Infinity' serves as a reminder that
Photek can still make a killer drum n bass record and is the only one on the new album. The final
track DNA is a bonus track not appearing on the album and although still heavily beats driven, is
more down tempo.
